The TJ Carrie Foundation Teams Up With MCore Foundation To Deliver Heart Warrior Battle Cry: For The Love Of The Game – Get Screened

#38 HeartWarrior Campaign to Raise Awareness and Monies for Heart Screenings for Student-Athletes

Cleveland, OH – Fall 2018

Cleveland Browns cornerback TJ Carrie is teaming up with MCore Foundation to kick off the #38 HeartWarrior campaign, a collaboration between Carrie and MCore. The collective goal is to educate and raise awareness and funding for preventative heart screenings across Northeastern Ohio. As part of the campaign, Carrie is donating the first 38 preventative heart screenings to student athletes in the underserved community. He is challenging students at area high schools to join his #38 HeartWarrior campaign and donate in $25 dollar increments, with the goal of raising money to lower the cost of screenings to $20 per screening for student-athletes at underserved schools. The campaign includes a video message by Carrie to high school administrators, coaches, parents and students, a social media campaign, and a Pledge It program for those wanting to join Carrie’s team.
